What a good day we had on September 17th, 2011. We had approximately 38-40 people with several being first-timers!!!  Welcome to Patsy York-York and Louise York Braden, Tommie Young, Doug Dotson, Teresa Kitts Drum, and several others!!  Tommie and I were very good friends and Doug was one of my first friends when I moved here from South Carolina. We were all very glad to see them and hope they will come to the next reunion. We are moving next time in order to have more private room instead of being mixed in with everyone else and trying to use the microphone and make everyone hear over the talking of other patrons. We will meet in January at Shoneys on Broadway but the actual date has not been set until we can check on reservations. Come back and see this blog for the updates on time and date. I will also send out cards and/or emails to remind everyone. If you get an email from "aladyartist" that is me so please read! I have several new names and addresses that want to be notified before the next one. This event continues to grow with each meeting. Hope you'll be one of the ones attending!!
